Second Chance Animal Rescue put out a plea on Facebook for one-time foster families because all of their existing foster homes were full. We needed their help in order to save a few dogs who were due to be put to sleep at animal control. Luckily, people came forward and Second Chance was able to save all the animals they had posted, including Cinder. We named this young female black Lab “Cinder.” She went to our vet where she was spayed, heart worm checked, vaccinated, dewormed and flea treated. Cinder then went into her foster home to recover from her spay surgery and wait for her forever home. She didn’t have to wait long. Cinder was adopted quickly and says, “thank you to everyone who helped save my life!”
